These light-duty belt mats are commonly priced by the lineal foot or square foot, depending on the material, size, and intended use. U.S. Belt Co. can also custom-trim belts to specific widths and lengths, with in-house light-duty mat inventory often averaging 15,000’ to 25,000’.

Our heavy-duty belt mat inventory typically ranges from 30” to 72” wide, 25’ to 1,000’+ long, 9/16” to 1” thick, and 4 to 6 ply. Like our light-duty belt mats, heavy-duty mat belts can be priced by the lineal foot or square foot and custom trimmed to fit specific project needs. In-house heavy-duty mat inventory often averages 5,000’ to 10,000’, depending on current availability.

To help maintain quality, U.S. Belt Co. processes up to 90% of belt mat material through a belt winder to inspect for holes, defects, and other issues. If material does not meet our standards for mat use, it is rejected from that inventory and repurposed for other applications.

Quality-used conveyor belts intended for reuse in mining applications undergo a more detailed inspection process. These belts are reviewed for mechanical or vulcanized splices, nicks, cuts, abrasions, uneven cover wear, ply separation, and other imperfections. When needed, photo verification can be provided to the buyer, and a qualifying belt may be sold with a 100% warranty per linear foot.

Unlike belt mat inventory, used conveyor belts that qualify for conveyor reuse are usually in higher demand and may sell within days of processing. Because of that, available inventory for conveyor reuse is often more limited, typically averaging 5,000’ or less.
