These mats are commonly priced by the lineal foot or square foot based on size, material, and application.
Heavy-duty ground protection mats are better suited for tougher conditions where larger equipment, rougher surfaces, or heavier use may be involved. U.S. Belt Co.’s heavy-duty belt mat inventory typically ranges from 30” to 72” wide, 25’ to 1,000’+ long, 9/16” to 1” thick, and 4 to 6 ply. Like the light-duty options, heavy-duty mats can be priced by the lineal foot or square foot, depending on the material and project needs.
U.S. Belt Co. can also custom-trim used conveyor belts to specific widths and lengths when a project requires a better fit. In-house inventory often averages 15,000’ to 25,000’ of light-duty belt mat material and 5,000’ to 10,000’ of heavy-duty belt mat material, depending on availability.
To help maintain usable mat quality, U.S. Belt Co. processes much of its belt mat material through a belt winder to inspect for holes, defects, and other issues. Material that does not meet our standards for mat use is rejected from that inventory and repurposed for other applications.
